Will this replace my team?

No. The Northline System is designed to support your team, not replace them. It handles lead capture, qualification, and appointment booking — the repetitive front-desk work. Your team stays focused on what they do best: closing jobs and delivering great service.

Think of it as your 24/7 front desk assistant. It answers phones, responds to texts, qualifies leads, and books estimates. Your team closes and executes.

How long does setup take?

We deploy the core system in 3–5 business days. This includes:

  • Lead capture (forms, chat, missed-call text-back)
  • AI qualification flows
  • Calendar integration and booking
  • CRM pipeline setup
  • Initial follow-up sequences

You're live and capturing leads within a week. Advanced automations and optimizations layer in over the following weeks as we refine based on your lead volume and conversion patterns.

Do I need A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging?

Yes, if you want SMS/text messaging (which we recommend for response rates and lead recovery). A2P is a carrier requirement for sending automated texts at scale.

We handle A2P setup and compliance as part of your onboarding. It's a small monthly cost (typically $50–150 depending on volume) and is included in most of our tier pricing. We'll walk you through it.

What if I already use GoHighLevel?

Perfect. We build inside your existing GHL account. We don't replace your setup — we integrate with it, add our proven workflows, and optimize your existing data.

If you have existing pipelines, contacts, or automations, we audit them first and layer our system on top. No data loss. No starting from scratch.

What's the difference between Starter, Growth, and Pro?

Starter: Core system for solo contractors. Instant responses, missed-call recovery, basic follow-up, and pipeline tracking.

Growth: Full front desk for growing teams. Everything in Starter plus self-booking estimates, advanced follow-up, lead qualification, and owner notifications.

Pro: Complete automation for high-volume operations. Everything in Growth plus voice AI, advanced routing, custom workflows, and weekly optimization calls.

We recommend starting with Starter or Growth and scaling to Pro as your volume grows. You can upgrade anytime.

Can you handle multiple locations?

Yes. We can set up location-specific phone numbers, lead routing, and pipelines. Leads are automatically routed to the right location or team member based on service area or assignment rules.

Multi-location setup is available in our Growth and Pro tiers. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

What happens if I want to cancel?

No long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Your data stays yours — we'll export everything to your GHL account or provide it in a standard format.

We're confident in our system, so we don't lock you in. If you're not seeing results, we want to know why and fix it — not force you to stay.

How do you measure success?

We track four core metrics:
